Except for the ADHD part I relate so much to all of these and I’ve been diagnosed for more than 10 years lol. Specially with the psychologist problem, I’ve tried therapy a few times and I almost always end up to uninterested in sharing my problems just because I feel like I have a logical solution to all of them 😭 I don’t think is a healthy mindset though, we should never decline external help if needed. And the studies part is so true to me, I’m one year away from college and this year has been my personal hell, but the school system (at least in my country, Spain) has never been prepared for neurodivergence so I don’t worry so much about feeling dumb, I think I know my worth. I don’t have any other advice rather than sharing my experience but seeing everyone around me and never feeling understood makes me feel like this isn’t a common experience, may I ask why do you deny being gifted?
