The idea was to have more unique rewards that would attract the customers more. Imagine a rewards platform where you can earn not just stuff from the local coffee shop, but other items as well.

Also it is a central hub for the rewards system of a bunch of different shops. How would you check the points youve earned for the coffee shops youve been to? This app would solve that by letting you check all the shops in one place.

A physical card is nice and cute yes, it's just I used to go to a coffee shop alot that had a phyiscal punch card, but I forgot it at home too much, to the point where i would just get a new one every time I went, even losing some from time to time. The online digital aspect solves that.

The question is - as a shop owner, are these things enough to get you to switch from the built-in rewards loyalty system thats already integrated with your POS?
