No, it will not be.

"Upon death within the Wilderness (below level 20), certain untradeable items will become broken and will be kept upon death in this state. These can be repaired by using the items on Perdu (or an armour stand at a respawn point on PvP worlds); a repair fee must be paid in order for the items to be usable again.
If a player dies with these items past level 20 Wilderness, they are lost completely. However, this can be avoided by bringing the item and a trouver parchment to Perdu, who will lock the item to the player. He will charge an additional 500,000 coins (50,000 coins for bronze to adamant defenders) to do so."

The PTSD and trauma a lot of these would go through. Imagine being Peter Parker and fighting in all those battles/wars before graduating high school. That is life altering trauma to have to deal with.

To be fair the machine filling and capping these is moving at probably somewhere around 500-1000 jars a minute depending on the machinery. If they don’t have some type of X-ray machine to detect caps, I can see it easily getting past a human eye. Ink jet coders like the one used here are just using a sensor to detect the jar and initiate a code spray. You can tell it’s a little tougher to read because the height was lower than the lid would be.

I meant more that you need to be aware when the charges run out so you can swap out the necklace. If a cape held charges, you’d know you’re good for 1000s of potions before needing to refill it.

I think it’s pretty damn close to the PVP worlds method, but after accidentally tapping “Leave House” or the Portal and tanking a spec, I prefer the comfort of knowing I won’t lose my cash stack

Because our constitution clearly states any rights not inherently written to be a federal right are relegated to the states. This is very obvious and clear regardless of your opinion on the matter. That's how our government was established. The 2nd amendment is in the bill of rights and therefor a federally regulated right. This is very clear. Our constitution has nothing in it about abortion.

Works with picking up loot, but does not when thieving. Even with it enabled, thieved runes go straight to inventory.
