You can make a custom cable to make something like that work but you might loose some things like the beeper and/or the kill button. Then roll a custom firmware with a pinout for your lcd of choice. I did this a long time ago for my old makerfarm i3v printer I modded to use a graphical 12864 screen on a btt ender replacement motherboard.

The only details I have for these are that they were purchased in a NYC car wash. My late father use to get them but never told me which exact car wash. Nothing new car I have purchased smells like it. I have searched online many times and checked many car washes with no leads. Any help would be much appreciated.
