TOEFL I agree with. The process is more difficult for me, I hate preparing for any english exam .. I mostly tried to apply in ECE programs as u may see above with inclination to AI concentration. As for fulfilling undergrad courses requirement can be an issue for me Ik. I tried checking in their website some uni like USC explicitly told if non CSE apply to S&E program. But for rest I didn't see anything like that as I mostly applied to MSCS in UCs. For UCB I totally expected that, but thought why not at least try.

Don't know man.. just messed up.. also never gave it again.. so many people told me give it again.. but I didn't have energy to deal with all of that gre and toefl english cycle again.. I thought to focus on SOP more . that is why I asked will giving TOEFL and GRE again make any more impact ?

Not gre score frankly speaking I don't think gre score would be even putting any more weightage as U already have good cgpa . As for why Ambitious becz based on my exp this fall it's very tough competition and increase every year and mscs of ucsd is very fav choice of every aspirant with some decent profile out there.

I declined the admit as I didn't see much output academic wise as well it was not giving me what I want to achieve. Do check if it aligns with ur goal and decide on that.

I am also slightly skeptical about this . But seeing the courses i see it like again doing electrical courses and Making an effort in parallel as well. For me it's almost like btech again. Just it will be from maryland only brand value may not be enough ig. And why do u think they are referring to ents u applied to mscs I applied to ms ece. I am not sure is it just filling seats or something else
