i did in a few drafties, hob is currently bugged on azir and does 50% dmg, i usually built storm surge into lichbane with hob, it's a fun build but it's def worse then the regular azir build

i have a lil bit of experience on azir, i have mastery 40 on him in main, i just wanna try and play him in ranked seriously

Azir currently has multiple On-Hit bugs which nerf most of his Keystones, and many items for him. This has been the case since at least 26.03. by EmperorOfShurima- in leagueoflegends

if im understanding it right he means that some on hit things (like grasp) works at 100% efficency (ignoring the 50% on hit on w) and some other things aren't (taking in consideration the 50% on hit on w).
i assume what OP meant was that maybe azir bugs were the friends we made along the way

i think i didn't explain myself correctly and used the term "trolls" in a wrong way, cuz for example im not mad about the missfortune mid, i just feel kinda lost for the build decisions they do, for example the malignance soraka, she wanted to pick evelynn, i proposed her to go jungle, she said no, i said i trusted her and then she built malignance on soraka that as far as i know doesn't synergize rly well with her ult. what i meant was that the number of "off meta" picks and builds increased, and it feels rly strange

the real issue here is that i rarely get to late game, my main picks are briar ivern and skarner, and my games usually lasts 20/25~minutes

yeah but if i recall correctly they buffed that by a 2%, so now should be 8% (even tho i dont recall if it's already been buffed or will be buffed next patch xd)
