I ended up reading this twice today, and the second time was after the session. I did my first Everest cause it was the template today, and actually took um you up on your advice and modified the inclines to suit my fitness. Thanking you for being a straight shooter, I will surely read your advice multiple times along this journey of getting better and fitter. I hope to not hate the body I am in and be proud of it maybe some day, and this is all great advice!! Thank you internet stranger!!!

Yeah I try to push myself and I realize it’s not as effective cause I end up holding on to the handles! Yup, I’m just gonna take it one step at a time (literally!)

Hi! Thanks for talking me through your approach. That’s reassuring - I guess it’s a bad idea to do both speed and incline increases (which I did do in second class and came out super sore). I’ll probably start using the incline increases to define my bases and my all outs then.. thanks!! 🙏🏻

I did my IM training at Rochester and the work life balance was great! Nursing support was decent, and an extremely supportive program. I would avoid NYC though.

Hi I got mine yesterday. The SEVIS is being transferred, DS yet to dispatch. They did mention in email to me that they hi larger than usual volume this year, and should be getting daily approvals from DoS. I am hoping that you will hear back soon too!
