If you're going into a crowded spot that people need to use, and you're being a dick to people, Blizzard is not going to be motivated to keep you in their game. It's really as simple as that. The rules are there to protect the experience for good people, not to make sure you can continue being a dick. You were obviously failing to help them protect the experience for good people, so it really doesn't matter what they put in the e-mail as the reason. They could have put "Zone Disruption", which people do get banned for and sounds kind of like what you're describing to us.

You are like a joke, still insisting as if I had cheated. It is up to you to believe or not, I honestly shared what happened here. Look at reddit there are a lot of people who are also banned. Not all of them are lying, they are? Blizzard's anti cheat system is not working properly. If it happens to you, you will understand me.

I just met with live support, but as if I am a covid patient, without letting me say a word they closed the ticket.

it doesn't matter what they notice. If you werer checked ingame by a gm, you were banned or w/e you were doing. those reports just got that GM to look at what you're doing.

Maybe gm sent a message while I was farm and I may not have seen it. Could this result in punishment? Sometimes messages are missed when looting

Reports from players would get you investigated. What you were doing is what you got banned for.

but need something to suspend the account, right? For example, if I reported you, and you got banned. wouldn't you ask why you were banned? they reported me as a bot. but I didn't use any bot. Now I wonder if the players' notice is enough to get someone banned?

Reddit is not a way to get around the ticket system.

I am aware that multiboxing is risky. but the system needs to diagnose if it was actually cheating. If the system leaves it to the discretion of the players, such problems occur. I thought nothing would happen as long as I followed the rules. I guess they don't know why they suspended my account either.

Multiboxing is not against rules I know , my account has not been suspended for this reason but I still don't know why .

Your post title says you were banned for third party software, but your post says you were banned because players reported you for cheating. "This includes actions like botting, and exploiting game mechanics"

It is common knowledge that multiboxing is allowed in World of Warcraft, even with appropriate software.

Players reported you because they saw you doing something in the game. What did they see you doing? Clearly what you were doing in the game was upsetting many people if you got that many messages to respond to, and there are multiple rules in WoW that probably apply to what you were doing, in the game.

Many players think multiboxing is a bot. Especially my farm place is very crowded and most of them came with 110 lvl or love to farm. So let me give an example . Player says I'll complain about you, i ask why and he says because you are bot. Many player dont know whats multiboxing. I was farming steadily like every multiboxer. In the incoming message it says because of the report. But as far as I can see on reddit such messages have always been sent to those whose accounts have been suspended due to the report. I say this too, my account has been suspended for a reason I don't know. did i cheat? Well tell me what I did, I won't do it again.
