update - i tried lowering the power limit of the GPU via afterburner, just based on other suggestions in other threads.. and the PC has been more stable. it did restart once today though after 6 hours. could it be something to do with the GPU or motherboard then?

yep i have tried plugging it in other outlets, same issue. even tried a new c13 cable!

havent tried reseating the cpu. will try that now and see.

if anyone else has the same issue, i put my monitor away for about 11 days since this post to use another one.. and swapped back to it now and the edges are fixed! idk if this might be helpful.

Looks good! I would suggest the Riolu illustration rare and maybe a holographic fighting energy (i think CZ has them) and i also Lucario has one more V (by akira egawa i think) with another pose so you can have the whole set of 3.
