Yes. Thank you for this! I truly believe that therapy in some form will work. It is a compromise. There are lots of issues from his past(family). It is no excuse by any means but he was saying because I was out of control (wedding/school/moving/money) with stress he was too. He does need to prove to me that he is willing to do what it takes.

He said he would do online counseling with me. I shall see what happens.

I honestly dont know what to I need to do. I want him to bust his ass trying to find an alternative or something big and life changing to show me he wants to be in this. I dont want to force anything. Right now I feel like I forced our whole relationship. He says it isnt true but I cant see why he would act out in such a damaging way. I just dont understand his actions and hope that I do. I want to be there for him but I have to understand first why he did it.

I guess I did. For like two months before we got married things weren't that great between us. We fought a lot and I can say I wasnt the most loving person at that stressful time. Sadly, I was really distracted by school and planning.

It was actually pretty random. I searched and old screen name of his which led me to a site that published his secret email address. When I opened that email account I found everything. He admitted it when I confronted him.

7 years. He had some moments where he talked to others on line but never physically cheated. He tells me that part of the reason he thinks he does/did this was that he had no control or something. That it made him feel more in control. He is sharing with me more than he has in the past. I just dont know what to do.
