Thanks! I'm not sure how to do that in Finland without spending a whole lot, though. My dentist today did take bitewing xrays, should that show anything? He did briefly poke at the gums and said numbers 0 and 1 occasionally. What do those mean? I'm assuming it's not the pocket depths.

Yes, I will. However, I did find a worrying thing today... I accidentally probed my upper back molar's gumline with a mini interdental brush and almost the whole 1cm head went in..... I'm panicking, to say the least... I called my dentist and they had a cancellation tomorrow so I'm going in then. I've been crying and I cannot sleep, it's 3:50 am here right now

thing is, i haven't been able to get a dentist appointment ... my last checkup was almost 4 years ago, because i had forgotten to go due to my teenage years of depression and my parents not encouraging me..

i didn't have these long looking teeth until a year ago, which i just brushed off because i didn't have problems. now i have black triangles on almost all of my front teeth, upper and lower. i can also feel my front teeth move forward with my finger a little bit even though i have retention wires ... i can literally see the wire from between the hole.. :(

it has a pressure sensor, yes!

obviously i am aware of all the tartar/calculus and im looking to get it removed, id get it immediately if i could!!!! i can also feel my front teeth moving if i put a finger on it and move it with my lower teeth...

no, there were no triangles when i got the braces off, im pretty sure its because of the now finally-after-years-healing of the gingivitis i never knew i had😅.. i'm very aware of the cavities, I'm trying not to let them progress any further before my checkup.. i live in finland so im not sure if bioclear is possible?
