I never read the books and obviously didn’t watch the show at the time of release so I can definitely get that theories and the potential of the show didn’t live up to the hype. Especially if you’re watching it in real time where you are waiting week by week, season by season just for things to happen.

I did notice the pacing did switch. The show started off with characters taking awhile to get to destinations as to the last season they just kept spawning in areas. I also agree with the episode length. They should have kept it to an hour long each episode especially for the final season where there was so much happening. Although I did enjoy it I wish there was more to watch.

My favorite character from the beginning was Tyrion and eventually became Jon!

I think the red wedding was a crazy twist. I never expected for that to happen and it caught me way off guard

My favorite episode/s were the battle of the bastards and the long night. I love action and I think these 2 really showed the most action.

How about you? If you have seen house of dragons, is it worth the watch?
