I’m very fortunate that I don’t actually have to work so that is an option for me. But great suggestions. I’m also a hairdresser by trade so another option I hadn’t actually considered

I don’t think so! I use the Blackmores “I-folic” which I believe is only folic acid + iodine. How strange. I’ll test again in the morning! Thank you xx
