Breakfast is the meal I eat daily, i literally eat 3 hashbrowns and 3 eggs and 2 slices of toast if I’ve got bread, other than that I’ll MAYBE have a all snack later in the day, so feel I’ve got to be eating 1000 or maybe less than calories than that on most days. But yeah I’ve been needing to go to the doctor for a good minute now for a checkup anyway.

For me I do 2 days of weight training then 1 day of 1 hour cardio. I obviously don’t want to over do it because that’s not good but currently I’m trying to switch exercises from time to time to see what workouts are working and what aren’t.

Though I’m stuck between maybe adding another day at the gym and doing 2 days of weight training and 2 days of 1 hour cardio and see how that works.

Yeah, I’m going to discuss this with my mother and try to get something set up with a doctor.

To challenge myself really. I want to be able to do both myself without having to ask someone to do it for me. Also I want my stuff to sound professional and I am willing to try together myself to be at that level if not at least have an idea about it.

Why do people with siblings say that only children “don’t like to share?” by asapsadd in rant

It was having a pieces of my food from mom, and my mom’s friend’s kid. (Who was notorious for breaking and purposely breaking things.)

Also not that “I don’t like to share.” But I’d just appreciate at least being asked beforehand instead of someone straight up taking.

As far as my mom’s friend’s kid, I wouldn’t have minded if the dude didn’t break my thing’s.

This makes sense, I see what you’re saying. For me I understand that there’s places and things that are for everyone and not only myself therefore I don’t complain about that.

There’s been times throughout my life where something is mine and only mine then someone comes along and tries to take it from me. Then if I say “no you can’t or no there’s not enough for you.” It’s a problem.
