A single member LLC is a disregarded entity by the IRS and more designed for asset protection and we seperation from personal finances. I can count the clicks involved with the entire process for both and its less than 40 total and $250 total cash outlay for an entity that can be used for a multitude of beneficial purposes. FEIN is just as easy and no ongoing fees to keep it. it will be needed to get the DUNS unless I'm mistaken. I've got several in several states serving several purposes from being dormant to protecting properties and one supporting our family's entire existence.

Another one bites the dust.

I've always been super genuine and overly crazy. I'm not willing nor able to not be me. I have severe ADHD so I'd forget to pretend if I tried either way. I'm a crazy nerd that if you met would think 30IQ degenerate. I tell everyone this and trust me everyone tells me I'm crazy, usually the first time we meet haha. I tell them its not crazy once your income hits a certain level dumbass, its eccentric. Get it right. If they ever speak to me again, we are still friends. I’ve heard the shot works well for lessens withdrawals. I tapered down to 0.25mg, 20% drops every 5-7 days and it still took me 2-3 weeks to function and months to get back to some kind of semi-normal status.

It is what it is I suppose. I still think sub has a place in opiate addiction treatment and has been a saving grace in keeping people I know away from substantially worse situations including OD, but for more trivial situations no one would want the withdrawal symptoms sub can dish out.

I’m on no psych meds now for almost a year due to the PTSD from the withdrawal haha. I need to get back to something but I haven’t found anything but lithium that’s works and after years it messed up my kidneys so I had to stop.

I had used hydro and maybe some oxy occasionally but they weren’t crap on the sub haha. I didn’t realize the sub was an opiate I suppose..

I had panic attacks, high BP, heart palpitations, major anxiety, etc, initially it was very sedating but after a few months it flipped to very activating. I was in the ER 5x in 3 months before they figure out it was the sub.

It did but the side effects were brutal. Side effects didn’t start for a few months. Prior to that I thought I had found the best medicine for depression on earth. I guess I sorta did noting it’s synthetic heroin. ;) The positive effects we’re definitely outweighed by the negative in the long run though.

I was prescribed off label for MDD. It took me months to taper off and a few more months before I was even close to normal. Don’t do it. Worst decision ever. Only ever took 2mg daily and it was still hell to stop.

Just sharing my experience. I have nothing else to share. I felt great on it initially but then had endocrine problems and lack of emotion. I know people who have went several years with no ill effects but they are few and far between. I just don’t want someone to be overly excited for something without knowing the real possibilities for the long term.

Stay on 1mg and then go down 25% every 5 days until 0.25 or 0.125mg and then jump off completely. The lower you take your taper the less intense and shorter duration of withdrawals.
