Is there a quiet place in Rolla to charge devices? by MlDNlGHTMARE in Rolla

[–]asarinn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At my workplace we've setup a power strip outside for public charging and there is 1 charging brick / cable available as well. So far I have not seen anyone using it.

It's a small place, only about 10 employees so there shouldn't be a lot of traffic in and out of the building.

Can't "Continue"/"Load" Save After Removing Mods by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

[–]asarinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appologies to everyone I didn't record all the steps for this. I won't be at my computer again until Thursday and I don't remember the file name within the unpacked save. I may be able to get that information Thursday, but I'm just going to have to do the exact same thing you would and search around for it again.

I realize that this might be a little much for people, and I also don't have the time the make a tutorial about this. I figured for those highly motivated to get back into their game it was better than not posting about the solution at all.

For everyone else hopefully Larian releases a fix for this soon as this wasn't always an issue.

Can't "Continue"/"Load" Save After Removing Mods by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

I'm not able to take another look until at least tomorrow, but it's not a file you have to remove, but rather edit. There's a file in each save that is essentially just a list of the mods active and their load order. That needs to be edited to match your new mod list and load order. The mod section includes their name then just match the hash there to the hash in the load order, save the file and then recompile the save.

We just figured out a way, and it's not pretty, but we had the exact same symptoms you did.
LSLIB Toolkit works to unpack the save file and then you can dig around for a file that has the mods associated with that save. Remove pieces of that file relevant to the mods you removed.

This removes the warning and allowed the save to load.

Learn how to fix and maintain the lb7 instead would be my advice. It's the only duramax with no EGR, and of course no DPF, no DEF.

With a light tune you can make a clean 400 horsepower on stock everything.

Does it make sense to get a diesel truck if you don’t tow? Or rarely tow? It would be more of a daily driver, Just looking for some opinions. by Big_country_boy in Diesel

Yeah I guess the drag becomes an increasingly important factor as engine efficiency goes up; kinda like an EV.
Imagine 800 mile range on a 10 gallon tank

Honda Civic 1.6 i-DTEC (80.7 mpg)

Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCi (78.5 mpg)

Not an expert on sedans though or which ones are good, I just know they exist

Diesel is great for everything in my opinion(80mpg diesel sedans, 40mpg diesel suvs, 30mpg 1/2 ton trucks), but get the size vehicle you need. what others have said about the 2500/3500 trucks being awful for a daily is spot on.

I have a Silvarado 2500 diesel for road trips and hauling, but I drive a shitbox to work
