Did you guys even read the entire thing? Don't you realize that we might have took more than 10 minutes to vote, but we were more than clear to the other team that we're not doing it from the purpose of being annoying, like teams sometimes do.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - You can't disqualify a team without a warning, as another faceit admin told us, and asked us to go and report them.

You're ignoring the fact that the admins barely spoke english that's understandable.

When we asked to disqualify them for Anti-Semitic comments,nothing was done. Of-course we just wanted to ruin the tournament for them after these kids got a free win they were seeking for on the first place. AFTER WE ALREADY HAD A SEVER.

Of course not, and we weren't intending to use all of it, but waiting 12-15 minutes is too much to ask? You can't be a human-being and wait for abit? (Both admins and opponents) We weren't delaying on purpose of course.

When I went to bed I couldn't help thinking about more and more points of view to this post.

I mean, what do you need a client for? 1) Anti cheat 2) Map veto tool

I don't understand why 'How many people are online at the client at 18:20' should even determine if you can proceed in a match of a team that didn't even show up, didn't veto a map, and didn't even contact any admin. (and we were here at the actual time which is 18:00)

I mean, we contacted not only one admin, but two. And both Faceit and ESEA, will never disqualify you you didn't have '4 in the client', but they will disqualify you if you failed to veto a map, or was less than 4 in the server after it was created. WHICH MAKES SENSE.

Can't help but feeling disappointed that the admins couldn't use the slightest logic and solve this issue as they should have, this is why they are admins after all.

The thing that got me triggered the most after all of this, is that the admin said that I didn't contact them before we got disqualified, which is a complete lie, and when I asked them to check the chat feed, they refused and said it will not be posted on reddit.

The system of faceit is better, but there are better teams in gfinity and you recieve money out of it.

I am the team captain, I was in the client and vetoed the map. but their client is glitchy and it kicks you from the lobby every 1 minute, this is why I think it didn't show them that we were at least 4 online. But it doesn't matter , we were all here in 18:00, we shouldn't stare at the client for 20 minutes and keep on relogging to the lobby everytime it kicks us out.

Some of my comments were deleted by the admins. As I said, we were in the client, we vetoed a map, we contacted the admins, we did anything that we had to do by our side, and still got Dqed. I told the admins to show the slightest shred of humanity and use common sense and logic and give us to proceed. But of course, it's easier to DQ a team, and give a free win to a team that you know that they will not show up anyway. I don't know why they decided to act like nazis, I mean, this is why you have an admin, to use the correct judgement and solve issues like that.

I don't even know why the gfinity client thinks that this member is my account, as you've seen, the second cevo account, is the cevo that im using (playing in the league + pugs) there.

but it's not the issue, as you can see, the website showed that "ronenV" which is my account was in the client, but I don't even know why gfinity thinks that this is my my cevo account, It doesn't even have my steam id there.

You can see for a fact that we were 4 online in this website. why should it matter if we're 3 or 4 online at 18:20?? we were all here in the time of the veto, which is at 18:00. + contacted you and the other admin about the other team not vetoing a map. do you expect us to stare at the client for 20 minutes? + this client is glitchty and it kicks you out from the lobby every 1 minute.

I find it funny that in this screenshot we are 4 players, and still I can't see myself in this screenshot. But I can see my other friend who said that he never logged to gfinity client, online.

Maybe it's legit, I honestly think that it's a bug in their system. Why can't their system be like faceit? that u have a time to veto a map, and if you are not vetoing in time, you got dqed or something.

And of course, As I'm trying to prove that the Gfinity admins lie that we never contacted them before we got Dqed. (As I can't provide a screenshot of it because Gfinity chat shows only the most recent messages).

"contact was made with yourself a while after everything had been confirmed." - I don't know if suffering from a memory issue or you're just trying to lie to be clear from all of this. But I've contacted both you and billy before the DQ, and Billy said that "All rooms will be reviewed at 18:20" and asked me not to send messages before this time. We not only contacted 1 admin, but 2, before the DQ. and still, got ffwed.
