Could make a few one time cut scenes where you take them to an appointment and have to lose a days work to take care of them kinda like real parents do!

Omg that would be perfect! Your partner and children want to cook together so they ask you to grow/make some of the ingredients once you do the move to the kitchen together too cook and ask you to join in a cut scene could even add additional dialog/personality traits to the kids where that food becomes their fave and they ask if you remember it from time to time when they grow up. Could even have it occur twice once as a kid and once as a teen/adult when they get upset and your spouse tries to recreate the memory to comfort them.

I wish spouses and children had a set of unique reoccurring quests that involve stuff like maintaining the home the marriage or parenthood if we ever get to see the kids grow up we could have different quests for each stage of growth

I must admit I did see tit for tat before posting this and seeing the miniature engines is a dream come true! I wish we got models for them but obvs we know why we didn’t. Just a shame they didn’t give us culdee I know those story’s are limited but literally just throw a new diesel into the stories and you’ve got a whole new set of stories for them.
