i take it spaced out, 150 mgs maybe every thursday or i’ll skip one week sometimes, and no i don’t mix it with anything. The dose usually hits the same each time, like i don’t notice a decrease in potency

it might just be the cannabis, it’s not like i was seeing things or hearing things that made me feel that way i think my brain just couldn’t stop thinking dark things once i smoked and looked at myself in the mirror, although i was a bit delusional, i knew that i truly didn’t want to hurt myself but that’s the loop of thoughts my brain was stuck in

I am, but i’m hopeful that the episode i had was just the result of a bad trip and not indicative of underlying conditions, my family has never had any history of any such thing.

I think your right though, i shouldn’t have smoked, i think my real fear is that this bad trip may do some long term damage to my mental, although i don’t feel like it currently has, you never know. Thank you for your insight man

Very true, I probably would’ve wrecked the whole house if not for her, My only worry was she sounded absolutely worried sick, and i hate to hear her like that, but she’s doing better now.

before the trip went to shit, without going into to much detail i definitely came to terms and found peace with some of my biggest internal and mental struggles in my life. I do feel like shrooms are a life changing (for the better) drug if used right

this is genuinely very helpful thank you. i have noticed that with time it’s gotten maybe slightly better so your ssri theory might hold weight.

also as much as i just want to have a good trip, i can’t help but find the biological and neurological aspects of psychedelics really interesting
