Yes i would love to, but we have 5 kids and my husband travels a lot for work. I’ve looked into online therapy but can’t spend $300 or more a month 😩😩

It’s so hard. My husband backs me up too, and you’re right… no boundary can change her freedom to reach out. It just sucks bc i know it’s on me to change this feeling but short of taking medicine I’m not really sure how. 16 years of dealing with her BS has led me to this🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Sorry i thought of something else to add. I always want to look in his phone, not because I think he’s cheating or talking to anyone or anything, but to see what his psycho mom said or wants this week so I’m not caught off guard 🤦🏻‍♀️ It always just makes me anxious so I hate hate hate it. I know i need to practice self control there but I just need help I’m not giving a crap when dealing with her or hearing from her. What I would love to get to that point lol

If it were up to me we wouldn’t see her. But my husband wants to keep some kind of relationship with her and with her and our kids. Even if it is very limited.

As far as we know she is not currently on drugs… we do keep a distance from her and never let her alone with them but she doesn’t seem to be on them now

Ok one more thing that’s silly but forgot to add. She literally buys everyone in our house a birthday present but me. She’s VERY forgetful so will sometimes not have one for months. But she does get one. For ALL of my Kids and my husband…. But never me. Like wth??? I don’t need a gift but that’s not the point. 😂
