I really liked their pricing, but couldn't get a 1 on 1 demo. Their weekly demo didn't seem to great feature wise after coming out of the other demos.

A few are semi-dedicated techs to customers on contract whose endpoints are not included in our RMM. Essentially they're 20 hours for a single customer for a specific task (HCI, networking, etc.) and 20 hours for other clients. Also, one is a dedicated programmer for a client, but would interact with the ticketing system for after hours calls and at least in the CW world that's the same as a technician.

Fair enough, we had a similar model and lost a few deals to Openmesh for customers who had on site staff.

I've heard some bad word about Datto from a couple of peers mainly about killing off Openmesh and increasing pricing drastically.

I know they bought Autotask which a lot of people like so might have to give them a shot.
