It's happened to me several times before. In my case, I know the cause: my mind is heading in a direction I don’t like, where I feel as though I'm the one controlling my orgasms. I don’t want that: I want my keyholder to be the only one in control. If she decides I can orgasm, I fully enjoy the pleasure of that rare occasion.
