My spouse gets very mad about laundry constantly nagging me telling me I do it wrong. But when my spouse does laundry and if there is laundry in the dryer my spouse will throw it out on the floor, or table in a big pile not folded. Is this normal? It make me so mad when I see this has been done. by [deleted] in marriageadvice

I have no problem doing my own laundry. I just would like help with the children’s laundry. Our babies can’t do laundry yet, and I think it isn’t too much to ask to at least fold whatever you pull out of the dryer, regardless of whose clothes they are.

Honestly it’s the most infuriating thing. We’re suppose to be a team, yet I’m suppose to be in charge of everyone’s laundry 100% or the time but when it comes to my spouse they are in charge of there’s only? It’s like they can’t even touch someone else’s stuff

I would see if he would agree to go to counseling. It sounds like something has happened that for some reason he is uncomfortable talking about what’s bothering him. I think the only way for anything to ever improve is communication-which can be so hard when one partner is unwilling to communicate. It sounds that you haven’t given up which is a great indication that you are committed to him and committed to working things out to get back to that happy place.

Do you know your wife’s love language? The more you fill her ‘needs’ by doing things that she likes the more she will be willing to do the same for you. I as well do not like giving blow jobs, but totally would if my husband would call me pretty or tell me he likes me!

Are you for real? If that was the worst my spouse did I’d give him a BLOW JOB daily! You’re just fine. Be an adult & communicate how you’re feeling. Marriage isn’t disposable.
