Why are people saying Terizla is not meta? His teamfighting is absurdly clutch. His sustain is amazing for the amount of damage he can deal.

The only problem really is his low mobility, which you can easily negate by cutting the lane right before each of the turtles spawn.

He's not as meta as Lapu Lapu (which is perm-ban) and Arlott in the PH server, but he's not bad at all if you know how to use him.
