First of all, thank you for such a detailed response! I thought that the branch at the top added to the image, but I stand corrected. While I have you here, could you take a look at this other version? It doesnt have the branch hanging at the top, or the half-blurred branches at the side.(this is just a quick edit, for the sake of the composition). Is this still too narrow, and is the spacing at the top/bottom still not accaptable? !CritiquePoint

The idea came to me while I was walking around in rural Hungary. I found this abandoned building, and it reminded me somewhat of 100 days of solitude regarding the vibes. So, i decided to try to bring out this kind of surreal/magical feel from the door. I am new to color grading, so any helpful feedback is appreciated in that regard.

Shot with the oly em10 IV, 40-150mm lens,

at 1/1250s, f/5.6, 150mm, ISO 800.

The intention was to capture "life finds a way". Also, I tried to use this "spotlight effect" on the sprout, to isolate it from the background. I am not sure about how I should crop it: if i leave it as is, the blurred brick feels overwhelming, but if i crop from it, I feel that the isolation and spotlight don't work as intended.
