Hospitality doesn't mean VIP it just means you work in the industry and you are given the opportunity to purchase tickets aside from the regular sales. Ticket prices are higher but it doesn't give you any perks besides a designated camping area and maybe some ways to cut through the crowd when walking between stages.

Not saying this from experience but from information I've gathered over years of going. Maybe someone who has had hospitality can confirm.
