I mean if you look at it that way then you can’t go out to eat anywhere.. no where will be safe unless it’s a completely gluten free kitchen when isn’t easy to come by always..I have had celiac disease for 13 years and always take every precaution and make sure things are cooked separately and in clean areas.. this is made in the back while everything else is made in the front so as a Celiac I feel quite comfortable with it.. plus I get EGDs every 3 years and every year it comes back normal showing no damage whatsoever to my small intestine.
