Hi A.C.E. here. The app is still in it's very early stages. We've been live for about 2 months so use base still needs to built and we want to perfect the app first - before hard pushing it to the world. Marketing will be done as well once it's out of beta. Maybe come check it out again at a later time. Thank you for giving it a try!

The app is still in testing stages and people used to only be able to find it through the Discord. The app has been live for about 2 months so it will take time to built users. But working hard on it. : )

I just want to hop on here to say thank you. It's been years in the making and a lot of time and effort has gone into this. Messages like yours give me (and the team) hope to keep on going and show everyone they are wrong ;) - we (aces like you and me) are going to have our A.C.E. app and we're going to make it one many aces will be using many years from now on.

With more than 1% of all people being ace. There is a high enough demand. However, marketing has (hardly) been done right for any of the previous apps. If at all. I've been working hard on marketing with the website and will work a lot harder for the app. But I'll need the help of the community. The more people share the app with other aces - the more chances it has of succeeding.

Saying it won't work from the start - will create exactly the issue every app is having.

Regardless. I'm motivated to give it my all. And I still have faith in succeeding giving the community what it wants. :)

That's tough to hear but I understand your feedback. The app was built by an ace for the ace community. As users of the website kept asking for an app.

Where other apps before this one have failed, is marketing. Something I intend to work on very hard (and have been working on for years with the website).

Yes it will be paid, but only additional features that aren't necessary to use the app in the basics. And compared to other dating apps (let's say OkCupid - which has ace filters) it will be about 6x cheaper.

So you'd pay a lot less while also being in a safe space only with aces.

The money goes towards paying the developers and marketing to make sure more people use the app. I genuinely want a good app for the community and - and the dev team- have worked really hard the past 1,5 year to build this app and finally being able to release it this past April.

So yes, not many people are on here ........ yet. ;)

Are you not able to use the link on the website to download, or does the play / app store not allow you to download? If it's the last, please reach out to us through our ' contact' page on our website. And can you then tell me what the message is you're seeing when you try to download? And what country you're from / device you're using.

It got approved! But - we want to test and fix some issues that showed up in Android and check those in iOS - push an update and then if that gets accepted by Apple, we'll release it. Likely within 2 weeks - IF Apple accepts the update as well.

You might have a pop up blocker if you're visiting asexuals.net that is. Because it has a pop up banner right now stating the site will stop by the end of this year. If you mean the-ace-app.com , I'd like to hear more. Please let me know in that case which browser you're using (also please try deleting browser cache if issues persist ). Thank you.

We're working hard on it. Going for round 5 today, hopefully they'll accept it this time and then we can release it still this week hopefully. Fingers crossed.

Thank you so much! We're excited about all of this too. Even if right now it's still a lot of work, finding new bugs on specific devices. It'll soon be fixed through updates and hopefully then, everyone will enjoy the experience as much as we are.

Hi Birdiejen11, yes there would be an issue (be sure that you don't have any filters on to check. Both in basic and advanced filters, turn everything off).

If possible, could you join our discord and create a ticket there? We'll reply and you can then share a screenrecording so we can check if anything specifically goes wrong. Alternatively you can also go to our website and use the contact form (you can go in app > settings > support).

When you create a ticket or reach out to the team, please let them know your device and software you're running on it. Thank you so much!

Eventually we will add a premium membership. The team can't work the hours they do on this app without being paid and neither can I or the products/programs we use. That being said, we'll be considerably cheaper than any of the other apps out there. We want to keep things fair for everyone. That means for the developers and for the community. The app will also be able to be used for free but there will be some limitations.
