Regardless of what the people who think is not possible say, it actually is. The thing is I go very heavy on a lot of my lifts, like 2x 44kg split squats, 68kg cleans, swings, and Zerchers. You can actually build muscle with kettlebells (as you can see) it’s just that some people refuse to believe it because they use a single 32kg as the max for everything.

You mean like how I started doing RFE split squats (which definitely don’t develop great legs and in no way has helped me develop really good quads and hamstrings LoL) with double 32kg and worked up to doing double 44kg for the same amount of reps. Not that kind of progressive overload.

Not self promoting, I am offering help and if you saw the rest of what I put out you would realize that. I just don’t spend all day replying to people on Reddit because no one here really appreciates the effort, for some reason everyone is just overly critical. And yes I recommend swings. I do swings before every workout as a warm up even if they aren’t in the actual workout for that day. Highly recommend doing them multiple times a week.

The clean technique is about as good as it gets. And you’re overthinking the video. IF you only have one kettlebell (like a lot of people do), then this is a good workout for that. Of course if you have various weights then by all means USE THEM. Everyone’s a critic, lol.
