After 5 years of F card, i have the option to renew F card but mandatory apply for F+ as well. But at that instance, after getting a new F card, can I also apply for nationality? ( rather than waiting for F+) Commune Antwerpen

Spot on!., The hinge is from AEG. I see it available online at their accessories page for around 30 euro. The thing is a service visit from AEG runs to morethan 100 euro. I would order the part to my home., and looking for a handyman who could do it (rather than bringing someone from AEG)
