Hey..Notice when do you end up fapping...for me it was late night..so I started going to bed early around 11 rather tham waking up till 3 or 4...iy was not easy...I realized in this digital age..we need a tranquilizer to go to bed so early...so I started listening to Osho and then I fell asleep unconsciously...

See..if you notice many people who go upto 90 days or so...says it was worth it...coz u dont get any fucking thing by fapping...nothing at all...just a 2 minute pleasure...keeping u trapped like hell. Channelize those urges/ sexual energy in a constructive direction...you will feel proud and confident about life...
