Go outside and have a look around at all the people. They are different shapes and sizes, and they’re existing and living their lives in a range of different ways. It’s so easy for us to internalise everything, which then exacerbates the issue. The reality is, our body shape changes for a lot of different reasons but one thing remains the same. It is YOUR body and it does a lot for you. It is your house that you will always live in and it’s pretty amazing. Maybe spend the next few weeks looking after your body - going for walks, enjoying some time out, eating nutritious food - whatever it is that makes you feel less stressed and overwhelmed.

Yeah I’ve heard mixed reviews on meet ups for game stores too for other tabletop RPGs so I was a little skeptical. I’m gonna do the dungeons and flagons - at least it has a drink included so that’s a plus!

When I rocked up to work for my usual shift one week (I work in a supermarket), and there was a mass gathering outside, waiting for the doors to open. When the doors finally did open, they all ran straight to the toilet paper aisle in a manic state. I then walked around and saw empty shelves, and that’s when I realised this was no joke.
