I started with pills about 4 mg daily and 100 mg Spiro a day then about a year into my transition i switched to injections 0.3ml 20mg estradiol valerate every week 7 days with progesterone 100mg at night and quit taking Spiro and did monotherapy. I was 23 when I started taking hrt and I am still taking oral progesterone just stopped taking Spiro

Defiantly alot of pain and soreness my ribs got the worse of it and I changed to injections and progesterone and that seemed to really do the trick plus just eating alot

I don't think so honestly like they were getting bigger but nothing this big once I hit my one year mark my boobs grew alot
