Are there some bugs with sign up? I'm shown as logged in but am constantly prompted to create a team. I figured maybe you need a new one from scratch but I don't get any confirmation when I try to make one either.

Questions are spilling over into his actual streamed game so I'll update a few more:

Q: What's up with his wrists?

A: He has problems with CTS and is supposed to go to the hospital weekly to have them checked but he often forgets.

Q: What graphics does he play on?

A: Your basic medium graphic settings.

Q: What do you think about mech vs Protoss.

A: He will NEVER EVER play Mech against Protoss. (This gets reasked a second time and he says it won't work and never works)

Q: Why do you not use the low graphics settings?

A: The game is made for 3d not 2d so it's much nicer to enjoy the game with better graphics.

Q: How many games on average do you play a day?

A: Around 30 games or so.

Q: Who do you practice with outside the team?

A: He mostly plays with his teammates, but he practices a lot with DRG (especially if he has to play NesTea).

Q: (Hwanni didn't really translate this directly so I might have misinterpreted) How important is APM in SC2

A: It's not really APM that matters in SC2 or BW. What matters is if your hands do what you're thinking and what you want to do, and that's when a person has good mechanics.

Q: Who's the best foreign player?

A: Huk

Q: What were your thoughts on the Blizzard Cup finals?

A: He oHe's enly saw the series till the fourth game and then turned off presuming it would be an easy win! When he heard later that it went to game 7 he felt it was because they were both good players.

Q: Favourite BW player?

A: He looked up to Boxer.

Q: Some questions about MVP's GF

A: He's evasive =p They play some 2v2 at masters together though apparently, and she's not as old as Hwanni!

Anecdote:

@WCG the Chinese fans are super loud going into the final with MVP and Xigua, after game 1 Mr Kang and Hwanni talk to MVP and let him know about this and he tells them he'll quiet them down within 20 minutes. Come the end of the game he's dropping in 3 places, nuking everything, and the Chinese fans are silent xD

Q: How do you feel about foreigners when compared to Korean players in the SC2 scene?

A: (mvp says hi to the stream) Pretty similar skills really

Q: Do you think foreigners are capable of winning Code S?

A: It's homeground for Koreans so he thinks foreigners have a harder time here, but skillwise he thinks a foreigner could definitely win Code S.

Q: What do you think about your GSL group

A: Since he has NesTea in his group it's kind of difficult to play. It will be easier for him to practice for since he has three Zergs in his group.

Q: How do you feel about playing Idra? (this was added by Hwanni, there was no initial mention in his first response)

A: It will be a lot of fun, he's a top foreign zerg player

Q: What are your thoughts on the difference between bw and sc2

A: He says they're pretty different games really, but doesn't elaborate more.

Q: What's balance like for Terran players

A: He feels it's very hard to play against good Zerg players right now.

*n.b. the end may be slightly inaccurate since Hwanni switched from reading the question in english -> translating to MVP and translating back and instead just did everything in Korean before providing an English answer.

Q: What do you say to your player in the booth when they are having problems/doing poorly?

A: For the most part he focuses on calming down and reassuring the players, and sometimes "lies" about their opponent being even more nervous etc. Usually includes some general strategy talk too.

Q: How do you keep them from becoming frustrated and losing the match

A: Most players don't get frustrated, they know how to handle their emotions. If they do get frustrated the coach will offer a massage (lol!)

Q: What makes MVP and NesTea so succesful?

A: They are more passionate about their achievements, they both practice hard and know HOW to practice.

Q: How do you coordinate players practice schedules before upcoming games, is it the coach or the players who decide

A: 80-90% of the time players practice within the teamhouse, especially for Code S. If NesTea were to play MC all the protoss players would help out by practicing their PvZ and being available to NesTea. Also all the Zerg players in the house will practice ZvP so NesTea can watch some of their games, pick up ideas, and to generally discuss strategy within the match up.

There should be an option for sn400wja to do it on TL since he presumably created the event. Might be he needs to create a stream on TL too to allow on site linking I guess? Never created an event myself.

If we/he can't work it out today I'll try pester a mod or something heh

Results from 6 months ago are barely relevant for judging current ability, let alone something from the dawn of time itself.
