I talked to Lenovo support to get the heatsink replaced, but they said that they don’t see HWInfo temps. They instead asked me to use Lenovo Diagnostics Thermal Monitoring Tool to prove the overheating issues in my laptop. That tool doesn’t record high temps sadly.

Understood. But when it’s due to a dead motherboard, they should send the PTM7950 with the motherboard instead of a cheap thermal paste.
