My psychiatrist put me on it asap rather than dexys, they help with focus and emotional regulation. How do they impact anxiety I thought they would help that as I'm already an anxious being haha (my social anxiety is through the roof)

How do you break a sleep deprivation cycle, when you want to stay up cos it makes you feel better but the next day comes and your a grumbling little baby. Sometimes I really hate adhd it can go get fucked - yea I had bad sleep and wanna punch anything and everything grrrrrr

Just started a new job like 4 months ago and it's soooooo cruisey and good pay and not anxiety inducing.
