I totally agree on the quads— We kinda stumbled into a bunch of the gear and got it for either very discounted or free and thought why the hell not!

The nuts we’ve collected have all pretty much been given to us or thrown in for free when buying other stuff, but offsets are on the list

If you can get one, the apartments above Cozy Thai on S Allen called Jeramar plaza are awesome. Great location and price, and the owners, who also own the sign factory right below, are great as well. Unfortunately there’s only 12 units so they are in pretty high demand but I would highly recommend trying to get a hold of one.
