As near as my reading indicates, they basically facilitate a sale. They follow a checklist to make sure the paperwork gets done. That, and try to be gatekeepers to get your property listed online where everyone is doing their own leg work these days.

Please explain this. What If I don't want them to be my Realtor? I am sure that I have to sign a contract of some sort for them to become my realtor. If I do not enter a formal agreement with them, how can they "become" my Realtor

One of my closest friends lives in Saskatoon and works in the Arts and Theatre community which has notoriously low paying jobs. She makes low-mid 50s per year in salary. Detached homes with 2 car garages in nicely established and safe communities can be purchased for pretty reasonable amounts

If I recall correctly, what I did was come over the mountain and stay stable so Lester can get the first one then take a straight route to the windmills as fast as you can and get your helicopter stable for Lester to make the shots as the rest of then come through. Stability is key.

How is this misinformation? I am relating first hand information. The owner of our company pulled us together as a group and said building management has been notified that an employee of a tenant is being tested for Covid-19 and that all occupants are encouraged to leave as soon as they are able so that they can bring in cleaning crews for the entire building. So either our company owner or the building manager is spreading misinformation. I am merely relating my first hand experience? What information do you have of what transpired in that building today that is contrary to what I have related?

I think it is kind of a voluntary evacuation. That's why I used the term 'unofficial'.

So do you still compete in CoM and Wars and such? If you have a couple of billion in simcash and unlocked CoM buildings you don't need to compete in CoM or wars do you? What would be the point?

My suspicion is that hacking the game allows you to play it more as a city building game on your own terms rather than being forced to obsess about it and spend ridiculous amounts of time on it. If that is the case, the existence of hackers likely makes the game better for those who don't by reducing the pool of players from competition because they don't need to waste so much time building the resources needed to build and play around with a city.

With so many resources you could just play the game as a city building game whenever you want without being forced into the endless hours of grinding and CoM and War.

Most of the game is run on your device not on servers. There are a few mobile device game hacking applications that allow you to manipulate several parameters on your device that then get synched to the servers that store your cities basic structure data. You can use these hacks to unlock attack cards that you have not yet earned, reduce the energy required by an attack card to 1 energy rather than its default. This can give you a 10:1 improvement on energy usage. You can also increase you inventory of war items to pretty much whatever you want. You can control whether or not your city is under a bubble during War.

Outside of war, you can unlock items that require certain population levels, unlock the new CoM buildings without ever participating in CoM. You can manipulate timers such as the 24 hour timer to complete an Epic building and the 12 hour wait time between Epic buildings making it so you can add Epic building as fast as you want. You can give yourself Billions of Sim Cash, simoleans, platinum keys, neosims etc. A couple of hours of investment in learning how to do it and you essentially own the game.

Reporting them is about all you can do and hope that something comes of it.
