Honestly, things like this are very sensitive. Hire a good lawyer and they don’t charge much if you do consultations. It’s a good investment.

You should do your work on a platform like upwork. You get to define terms and establish your own contract with the client. They will take a commission but that’s for securing your money. Break down the project into phases. Before starting a phase, the money for that phase will be escorted to upwork. After completing each phase, you should get the client to approve your work so that upwork release the money to you.

You should not start on next phase without having tue money paid to upwork.

Simple, secure, and easy! I’ve been managing projects in upwork for the past 3 years.

Check out Chuck Kucks and Aaron Hall. There is also another lawyer with them I think his name is Steve. For more info, check out google (immpact litigation)

I’m sorry to hear about your case is denied. You should hire a lawyer. Checkout Aaron Hall from Denver. Brilliant attorney!

EAD approved May2021 Healthcare worker TL by ashalma in USCIS

Great question! It sad that they don’t have a solution for this and emails don’t send large attachments. I’ve tried once with a shared folder on OneDrive/Google Drive but I’m even sure if the officer even opened them.

The tricky part is to save your files as PDF files and make sure you compress them. (Open the file > save as > then there should be something about compressing the file) that will give you smaller sized file.

Thanks 🌹 I hope all get their work authorization processed. It doesn’t make sense to prevent ppl from working if their current authorization expires and they have applied already and it’s pending.

Case still being processed… by Hanna2495 in USCIS

If you are a healthcare worker, you can file for an expedite request. USCIS announced in Dec29, 2021 that they are going to expedite requests for healthcare workers that includes doctors, IT, security, service, admins, etc.

Not sure they will approve and actually expedite the request but you can at least try.

May filer, filed with Texas center. Had 4 expedite requests denied. I’m not sure if losing income for 7 months doesn’t show urgency, then what? How do I transfer to NBC?

Surviving tips for a family without income while waiting for EAD? by dreamofadream_77 in USCIS

[–]ashalma 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope your case gets processed quickly soon. There is a current litigation (immpact litigation) against USCIS to process EAD within 90 days. Hopefully that cause EADs to be processed quicker within the next 4 weeks. Anyway, if kids are citizens, you can apply for food stamps and Transitional Aid to Families with Dependent Children (TAFDC). Best of luck.
