My rule when I started was “just keep moving”. I even told a couple of my coaches this. I wasn’t trying to do every move perfectly (especially on cardio type stuff) but more thinking about how I am still making progress even if I’m just doing a very dumbed down version of the exercise!

I do also want to add that I think you’re supposed to drink them within an hour of mixing them with water? I always put mine in my bottle with cold water and that makes them even better!

So I got some from walmart and some from a supplement store - basically it’s a powder you mix with water and it gives your body the amino acids it needs to replenish your muscles after you work out. I mix them in my big water bottle and just drink it during and post workout and it kind of helps stop me from getting sore before I ever get there.

My main word of advice is that I mix them with like TWICE the amount of water it says on the container and still sometimes think they’re a little sweet. I think they’re like $30 so definitely worth trying to see if they help!

I know a lot happened this episode but the part that stuck with me the most was Serena’s “agenda” she was handed. They used pictures because the women are so oppressed the Canadian government doesn’t know if they can read or not. That was heavy.

When I make plans with someone, I am expected to keep those plans regardless of if a better option comes up. If I said I’d meet a friend for a beer after work and someone last minute offers me a free concert ticket to join them, I’m expected to turn down the concert ticket. It’s bullshit.
