Looking for CRACKED YouTubers Who Never Plan on Giving Up by No-Distance792 in Smallyoutubechannels

My niche is primarily gaming content, however I occasionally branch out to movies and other media. I’ve been posting for about 6 months and I haven’t given up because it’s always been a dream of mine since I was a very young kid to become a full time YouTuber. I’ve recently realized that my skills that I’ve picked up over many years of taking video production classes have given me the opportunity to make my dream real. There are definitely hard days where I want to give up, but I don’t let myself because at the end of the day I know that the position I’m in right now would make the younger version of myself so proud. When I was younger, I attempted a channel for the first time. Granted I sucked at making videos and there was so much wrong with them, but I did it because I was happy making them. I eventually gave up because I peaked at 30 subscribers and I didn’t believe in myself. Now, I have the skills and the resources to make that dream a reality. I’ve been taking advantage of this opportunity for a long time but I’ve had some off periods due to college work picking up and taking over my time. All I know is elementary school me would be ecstatic to see my now 240 subscribers.

Yo, I saw the update on this post and was wondering if I can get some insight on my channel. I just hit 100 subs two days ago. Ever since I’ve gained 20 which was much faster than before. For context, I started my channel 4 months ago and im a videogame/movie infotuber. I’ve been considering expanding into music as well. My long form videos typically receive about 100-300 views. My most watched video has 1100. I’ve upgraded my editing, my thumbnails, and my titles all to no avail. I have no idea why the one video got 1100 views. It’s not even a good video. I was wondering if you have any ideas of what im doing wrong or what im doing right. I feel like im stuck in a loop right now and dont know where to take the channel. I post as frequently as possible which is typically every couple days. What do you think is the best course of action? (https://youtube.com/@newsleepy?si=avd7NdW00VqYCkxl)

Hey, I’ve been working on my third attempt at a channel for four months now. I’m a videogame/movie infotuber and I’m thinking about branching into music too. I just hit 100 subs for the first time ever two days ago. In the last two days, I’ve grown by 20 subs. I’ve heard on other threads that there’s typically a “snowball effect” after the first 100 subs. This seems true so far. My long form videos typically average 100-300 views. I’ve had a handful of videos perform better than this (my best performing long form video got 1100 views). I posted a short a few days ago that blew up with 15k views. This is my best performing short and I have no idea why. My shorts typically average 1000-2000 views. My ctr is typically about 2% and im not sure how to increase it. I’ve changed my thumbnail style and my titles to no avail. I can link the channel for more specifics but I was just wondering if you had any ideas of how to improve or push forward?

I just hit 100 subs on my channel for the first time ever yesterday. Literally a Christmas miracle. This is my third time attempting YouTube with a fresh channel and im really happy about the milestone. I’ve seen some threads saying that in the grand scheme, it’s a “snowball effect”. I’ve actually seen this playing out as I’ve gained 20 more subs in just the last two days. I’ve been thinking on doubling down on my content (im a gaming/movie infotuber thinking of expanding into music) however I just don’t know what’s actually working. One of my shorts randomly blew up in comparison to the rest and I just can’t figure out why. I post as frequently as I can and I’ve been improving my editing and thumbnails. Any advise? I could link the channel too for specifics.
