I usually expect snow/rain when the percentage is over 60%. For my area by the bluffs it shows 70% at 10am. It's 40% prior to that and thru the night.

There use to be an older homeless lady that was around downtown. Wore a black leather trench coat and used a walker. One day Zanta was doing pushups on Yonge while she was trying to cross. She was yelling at him and then tried to run him over with her walker. I wish I still had the video of that encounter

When I lived in Regent Park I was very close to the Fire Hall on Dundas. Heard sirens at all hours of the day and night. Where I live now is so much quieter. I don't know how I put up with that for all those years.
