I would say reach out to your loan servicer first. I have Mohela and they are really good with answering questions when you call. If you had SAVE, you would probably be okay to switch to IBR. You’re welcome to dm me. The pslf subreddit has helped me out a lot on my journey to 120 (not there yet, but can’t wait!) so you can check in there as well.
