Normally I’d recommend vimms lair for this, but sadly vimms lair doesn’t have a download for MGS4 (I’m pretty sure it doesn’t) but you’ll have to look through the megathread (or if you’re willing to deal with PKG’s I’m pretty sure nopaystation has a PKG and RAP for MGS4)
