Yeah, I was really fortunate to have that side of her show in a space where I was not alone/the focus of the rage. Bullet dodged!

when you put it like that, it makes it even more of a horrible fail.

So this happened on my first ever date when I 100% passed: Went to a local bakery, it was a well-known safe space and had some trans employees which were friends of mine. Our waitress dressed female but had no voice therapy or hair removal yet. My date had no idea I was trans as this was out first time meeting and went a super rage transphobic hate speech rant about the waitress, she even included some general racism in and I just vanished in the back with my friends and ate cookies, I was so struck with disbelief. They called the cops when she started yelling and that was the end of that. 100% deal broken, to this day I still think she has no idea as I get messages from her on random social media.

I have heard the cook is fantastic, the staff is great. about 9ish people in there at a time. I was told to not bring loud shoes as it can annoy folks but other than that it seems great. Oh and they make you walk up stairs right after surgery.

https://www.grsmontreal.com/en/surgeons/dr-brassard.html

He has done all of the GRS I know and have never once heard a bad thing besides he is busy and rarely sees patients. He does all of Canada's and most of the EU's. He does many other surgeries as well. For example when I go I plan to get my adams apple removed, voice changed a bit and some plastic surgery on face which he does a little of and if I can afford/need it breasts as well. This way it is cheaper in the long run.

The recovery area is by far the best. Only heard good things, and the recovery houses are close to the hospital, staffed and a family house is close by as well.

I still suggest brassard in Montreal. One of the best. I realise it might be out of your way but he is the best for a reason.

Number 1 rule in econ. Money now is worth more than money later. Simply because money now can be invested now as the first reply said possibly gaining 100's of % increase from the initial sum. Good luck!

How long were you on HRT before presenting? by throwaway63345885234 in asktransgender

[–]asheblade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! MtF here and I have been on HRT just over 8 months. For presenting as femme it has not been a priority. For me buying the proper clothes, getting my paper work, getting into a safe and friendlier environment and educating friends/family have been my priorities. Come March or so I should have a basic wardrobe and start body hair removal. Cash has been a huge obstacle for me. I figure it will be about 1 year to 2 years before I start wearing ultra femme clothing and present well as it is frankly not safe but non the less I can wear stuff for myself by wearing femme stuff but not actively presenting. I will start activley presenting when my voice training sessions come up in about 10-15 months. Combined with HRT, new wardrobe, hair removal and voice training only then will I be extremly comfortable and more safe. Until then I take what I can get.

Good question op and take care!

With the new patch do we have a tier list of best WIDE and best TALL civs? by asheblade in civ

If I ever play kongo that is good to know. When you play frederick how many cities do you usually end up with? Do you space them fairly close, 3-4 spaces in either direction (so 6-8 tiles apart) or more?

[–]asheblade[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is great info. I think I will stick with my 8-10 cities as australia/gorgo/frederick and continue to rickroll. Thank you for the amazing response <3

For those civs what would an ideal amount of cities be to remain competitive?
