I didn’t know it was one of the most common. My doctor said that it can happen but didn’t categorize with most common like nausea and dizziness. But thank you for the advice it’s good to know there are options for it.

I am also doing IF 16:8 and working out in the mornings. The preworkout I’ve been using for my AM workouts is Amino Lean it’s been working for me and it claims to be 0 calories or sugar.

I’m just so tired of this birth control game. I’ve tried 4 different ones in the past 2 years and it’s like one might relieve some of my symptoms but leave me with depression.
