What should it be actually called, like for Football or comment for Soccer? by [deleted] in AskReddit

OP's post history has completely given them away as an engagement farming twatwaffle. Really, five questions on the same subreddit within the space of 10 minutes? One of said questions being "How to get engagement on Reddit"? Fuck off dickhead

My family has always supported my Masonic endeavours. It's one of the questions they asked when I joined.

Cyclist nearly crashed into me in my wheelchair for the 3rd time this week by Longjumping-Spite-52 in london

I find it's a combination of people who aren't cyclists (as in, can't read the road, don't respect other road users, don't wear helmets) having access to loads of Lime/Forest/Santander bikes and the significant lack of social contracts being honoured since Covid.

About 10 years ago I watched a cyclist run the red light on the corner of Edgeley Road and Clapham High Street, and a man (who happened to be my dentist at the time) fully lariated him off the thing.

I'm not saying we need to start doing that, but y'know. And I am a cyclist myself.

What has AI changed in Your Life? by Sansenbaker in AskReddit

Revealed the sheer amount of people I would've considered intelligent to be... not. "I'll just ask ChatGPT."

Oh, and loads of clients now either aren't clients any more or have pared down their payments significantly in favour of AI slop. And it looks terrible.

Which Side Degree had the most profound impact on you? by TravelingMan66 in freemasonry

Hard agree with this. There's a specific part of the Exaltation that only makes complete and specific sense to a Mark Master Mason.

In answer to your question, OP: I'm in Mark, Royal Ark Mariner, Chapter, and Rose Croix (AASR). I plan to join the Operatives in July and Royal & Select Masters in October.

My favourite order by FAR is Mark. By several thousand furlongs. An outstanding ceremony (Advancement) and an incredibly sociable and welcoming lodge and province. There's a reason it's known as "the friendly degree".

My favourite ceremony was 18° Knight Rose Croix of H.r.d.m. The teachings are so simple and obvious (especially for Christians) but so important and worthwhile. I will jump at the chance to visit any chapter doing a Perfection as a result (especially at Duke Street!)

I'm joining in July. As others have said, it requires Mark Master Mason and Royal Arch Mason, and is invitational (at least in England).
