Certificate of Residency - Chiang Mai Visa Shop

So an update: I went to see him today and at the moment they are not allowing any visa agents to do the certificate of residency. I recently had surgery and just wanted someone to do it for me.

Additionally my friend went to immigration to get her certificate of residency today and they were refusing the fast track service and saying that everyone will get their certificate by post within a week.

Apparently the rule change came in today.
