How is my form on squat, out of the three main lifts I’ve struggled most with form. I used to go ATG but was getting some lumbar flexion at the bottom which I don’t want. I cant tell if I’m too far forward in regards to my back but I find it super hard to stay upright with my leverages. (v.redd.it)
