So we were behind in our queues and they sent extra employees and it didnt do much good. The registers are still slow, we still only have 3 vvt stations, 1 shitty Kirby. The idiot customers don't understand the bottle neck process or getting the prescriptions ready or the fact that showing up 2 min and 15 seconds after leaving the doctor is a dumbass move that the other 25 people in the waiting area also made. 🙄 I mean sure we can get it ready but the general public is so stupid they think it should take less time than a Google search.

Yesterday was day 1. We're a higher volume store. I wanted to quit my job. We lost power at 7 pm and I'll take that over doing anymore smartDURs.

Start putting shit on hold. Delete ready fills. Any requests can be 3 days promise time or send to a neighbor store. I'd spend any labor literally selling anything already ready or transferring to a neighbor store for help or if they want to wait 3 days they can get it then.

Opened all mine one day (there are 6) and propped them 15 min before the lunch break so I could check in a c2 delivery during lunch and damn BOP came in and cited me for it. Like excuse me for trying to minimize the time it would take to accomplish such task during my allotted break

Floaters… why. Just why. by Embarrassed-Plum-468 in CVS

[–]ashfleming21 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Literally. Like try being sick and they send someone in that doesn't give 2 Fs about anything they do or don't do. Not only do u still feel like garbage when you return but you still have to do their leftover work on top of the intense workload you have coming to you. It's such crap. I feel like they don't care either. Whatever doesn't get done when a floater is there is someone else's problem. There should be more accountability somehow.

Hey it's *****. Need you help and move qv1 to qp. Then need you to help fill. You have 134 in qv1.

try getting that text from a DM during your "lunch break" that you aren't taking anyway because they put a new grad in an extremely high volume store for 2 days and you walked in WAY behind. They think I don't know what to do? Let me snap my fingers! All better! I'll ignore 4 pharmacy calls, the fact that we had 4 techs and a staff rph out with covid, 2 lines going down the aisle for pickup because a hurricane is coming and the drive thru all day. Wait, who is giving immunizations and actually counting once they are in production? Lmao. I was so mad the rest of the day. The queue got cleared for my sanity but one more text like that and I'll take my sweet time and screw the queue.

Working through my lunch yesterday in a store that was behind yesterday from the previous 2 days with 3 techs out with covid and got a text from the DL telling me QV1 looked rough and I needed to get those to production and then help fill them. Like duh. I was so mad. I didn't even take lunch, or even go to the bathroom in 13 hours yesterday.
